Cancellation Policy

*We ask for 24hrs notice of rescheduling and cancellation.  

Cancellations within 24hrs are charged a $25 cancellation fee.

****Repeated No Call No Shows will result in a termination of membership or Revoking Account****

 We aim to respect everyone’s time and we ask that guests do the same.

Upon booking, guests receive an email for their appointment time(s).

Guests are reminded the day before via SMS text and Email and asked to ‘Confirm’.
